Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

US Shipping Rates

Standard Shipping (7-15 business days): $8.00 - FREE on orders over $70.

Express Shipping: $15.00 - prioritized processing and faster carrier service.

 

International Shipping

We ship to select countries worldwide. International rates (USPS or DHL Express) are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Delivery times vary by country, typically 10-20 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Every order is protected against loss and damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged or hasn't arrived within the estimated window, reach out through our Contact page and we'll make it right with a replacement or a refund.
